As part of my AD204 Business Communications final project, I had the opportunity to interview Ayşin Gültepe, Digital Sales & Growth Senior Manager at Akbank. I chose Ayşin Gültepe because her experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and content creation closely aligns with the areas I am interested in pursuing in my own career. One insight that stayed with me was that progress comes from taking action, not from waiting for perfect conditions. One quote from our conversation that stood out to me was: "Nothing will ever be perfect at the beginning. You learn by doing and improving along the way." Networking means to me: Building meaningful relationships that create opportunities for learning, collaboration, and mutual growth. The most significant takeaway for me is: Taking action is often more valuable than waiting for perfect conditions.
