What You’ll Do Lead research and development of advanced signal processing algorithms in environments with extremely low signal-to-noise ratios (Quadrature Modulation Analysis). Develop cutting-edge algorithms for perception, spatial understanding, and autonomous decision-making using deep neural networks and DSP techniques. Perform EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), modeling, and custom model tweaking for innovative applications. Design and build specialized application models, including signal separation tools, classification systems, and more. Handle complete system engineering challenges by integrating multiple algorithms and optimizing end-to-end performance. Qualifications Hands-on experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Engineering (coding, EDA, and algorithm development). Minimum 5 years of experience in deep learning algorithm development for computer vision or radar signals. Expertise in software engineering, from design and implementation to deployment of solutions. Proven experience with Python and AI/CV libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Scikit-learn). Proven track record of building and deploying ML/DL solutions in production environments. Proactive mindset, excellent self-management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Strong verbal communication skills for collaboration and problem resolution. Advantages Experience deploying deep learning algorithms on edge devices (e.g., using NVIDIA TensorRT or other inference optimization libraries). Familiarity with Python, C++, or MATLAB.
