IITA and partners have released new soybean varieties designed to help farmers respond to today’s production challenges. The varieties Bela, Malonda, Ovilela, Ulimi, and 10E combine higher yield potential, improved drought tolerance, disease resistance, and shorter maturity period, giving farmer more flexibility in changing rainfall conditions.
