"It’s Good for Business, It’s Good for Life" Marcelo Alvariza considers himself to be a citizen of the world. Originally from Uruguay, he grew up in the country’s capital Montevideo. His father was from Uruguay, and his mother is Bolivian. His grandparents migrated to South America from Spain, Italy, and Germany. Being descended from people from different national and cultural backgrounds and moving between places is part and parcel of who he is and always has been. When reflecting on his future aspirations, Mr. Alvariza stated that his dream is to build and grow Orejano and share his food with more and more people. But, most importantly, he wants to do “something for my kids. That's all that we do in life. Even if they're going to find their own way or if they want to work with me, at least I want to leave something for them.” Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/e67rVwnb Orejano Casual Latin Cuisine City of Aurora Minsoo Song Ricardo Gambetta Lisa Gilman
