Srimathy joins us as Head – Alumni Affairs, bringing experience in building alumni ecosystems through strategic outreach, technology-enabled engagement, institutional partnerships, and community development. Her work has focused on strengthening long-term relationships between institutions and their alumni by creating meaningful avenues for collaboration, mentorship, fundraising enablement, and institutional advancement.   At IIIT Hyderabad, she will lead the institute's alumni affairs function, a division of our outreach team, working closely with the global alumni community, faculty, students, and partner organizations to foster a connected global network. Her focus will be on creating meaningful opportunities for alumni to contribute to IIIT-H's research ecosystem, entrepreneurial culture, student development, industry partnerships, and institutional reputation—while strengthening lifelong alumni connections with their alma mater, building a connected, collaborative, and future-ready alumni ecosystem.   We are delighted to have her on board and look forward to the impact she will make in helping shape an alumni ecosystem where graduates remain active partners in IIIT-H's research excellence, innovation, and future growth.   Welcome to the IIIT-H family, Srimathy! 🎉
