📢 Just published today during the IIEP #StrategicDebate: Leading for impact: an IIEP-UNESCO framework for education policy implementation. By Beatriz Pont and Clara Maxwell, the publication presents a practical framework to support policy-makers and practitioners who want to make education change happen. Drawing on research evidence and practitioner experience, it identifies four drivers that can enhance or hinder implementation: 1️⃣ Contextual adaptation, 2️⃣ Ownership and engagement, 3️⃣ Capacity at different system levels, 4️⃣ Embedded monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
