Christopher Peter, Project Officer at the Tanzania ECD Network, says the gap between policy goals and implementation is where ECE often loses visibility. โ€œWhen ECE is not explicitly planned and budgeted for, it risks being treated as an add-on rather than a core component of system performance,โ€ Peter says.
