When I first started the Industrial System Design and Management Laboratory (PSMI), I thought that this lab would be one of the most difficult. I imagined a lot of complicated calculations and the use of various applications such as Excel that might overwhelm me, especially since I had no background in using Excel at all. As it turned out, that assumption was not entirely correct. As time went by, after approximately five weeks of participating in this laboratory activity, my perspective began to change. It turned out that this lab was not as difficult as I had imagined. In fact, I began to enjoy it, especially during the data collection process, where our group went directly to the field, met with MSME actors, and interacted with them. We then processed the data, conducted OKTD & OKPD, until we reached the final stage, which was the ACC module. From there, I felt that the learning experience at PSMI was not just about numbers or applications, but also about understanding the dynamics of the real world and working with others. During the practicum, I learned many new things. I learned how to manage my time better, communicate effectively, and work with a team. Each group meeting became an opportunity to understand each other and divide roles so that the work could be completed effectively. Although I felt overwhelmed at times, especially when Module 2 had to be postponed the day before the final presentation and when I had to commute to campus every week for assistance until late at night, all of that actually taught me a lot about responsibility and perseverance. What stands out most to me is how the support from the lab assistants and my groupmates made this journey feel lighter. They helped me understand many things, especially in mastering Excel, which had previously felt confusing. From this, I learned that hard work and teamwork can transform something that was initially difficult into a pleasant and valuable experience. Now, after going through all these processes, I feel proud of what we have achieved together. I hope that all the effort and time we have put in will yield the best results. And to the senior lab assistants, I am deeply grateful for your guidance—please continue to be firm, meticulous, and supportive of future practicum students, just as you have guided us all this time.
