This #WorldYouthSkillsDay we're celebrating 20 years of the IHG Academy, our global skills and employability programme dedicated to opening doors to hospitality, building skills, and creating opportunities for people at every stage of their journey. Since 2006, the programme has supported thousands of people on their journey into hospitality. As part of this milestone, we've launched Virtual Discover – a new series of workshops led by IHG colleagues, giving participants first-hand insight into real career journeys and the range of opportunities available across our hotels and corporate offices.
