Alumnus José Raúl Pérez Durán recently visited IHE Delft as part of a delegation from the Dominican Republic. Pérez Durán works as Director of Water Resources Planning and Development at the Dominican Republic’s National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI) and graduated at IHE Delft from the Coastal Engineering Programme in 1990/91.
