🌸 6 years, one path, many teachers 🌸 Six years ago, I joined Infosys Consulting as a mid-level consultant. Today, I look back as a seasoned manager who has learned not only skills, but also discipline, patience, and resilience — almost like a samurai walking his path. Every samurai has his teachers, sparring partners, and companions in battle. I was lucky to have many: Markus Reich + our boss Oliver Becker— in one of my very first projects, you stood like a strong shoulder, always there with advice in difficult moments. Stephen Forkin, my first mentor, a true Irish gentleman, who showed me how professionalism can go hand in hand with kindness. Andrew Field, an English gentleman, with whom we delivered a global logistics transformation in Russia — teamwork at its best. Thomas Vogt, who believed in me, promoted me to manager, and gave me the chance to grow. Neodi GOMES - The brazilian Yakudza and most passioned project manager I ever saw, I remember every call with you till today. Juan Carlos Lamata, my current mentor and colleague, always on the line in the most difficult moments — a true Spanish torero in spirit. Soeren Appenzeller, my partner, who invested time in coaching me. Anandh Anbazhagan, from whom I learned patience and balance in everyday leadership. To all my colleagues and clients who have trusted me, challenged me, and walked part of the way with me: thank you.
