The second #IgnitisGamyba Open Day event took place in Elektrėnai and, once again, was filled with curiosity, lively conversations, and inspiration. We were delighted to welcome around 120 participants to the Elektrėnai complex, who not only got an up-close look at the energy sector but also took their first bold steps toward a career in it, with as many as 14 of them participating in quick job interviews. It was wonderful to see so much interest, questions, smiles, and a genuine desire to understand how energy is generated and what work in the energy sector looks like. Thank you to everyone who came, explored, listened, and helped create this day together!
