Last week we had the pleasure of delivering our Motorsport To Business Car Design & Build Challenge for a team at bp 🏁 With bp returning to Formula 1 as a key technology partner of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, it felt fitting to spend the afternoon exploring some of the same challenges faced by motorsport teams: collaboration, communication, innovation and delivering under pressure ⏱️ Working in teams, participants were tasked with designing, launching and building 3 key parts of a race car from limited resources, balancing creativity with practicality before presenting their concepts and putting them to the test What looked like a simple build challenge quickly became an exercise in: 🏁 Teamwork under pressure 🏁 Clear communication 🏁 Decision-making with limited information 🏁 Creativity and innovation 🏁 Leadership and role clarity Just like in Formula 1, success wasn’t determined by the best idea alone.
