Delighted to share the successful completion of a challenging industrial automation project involving the design, engineering, assembly, and testing of 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗣𝗟𝗖 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀 (𝗧𝗖𝗖 & 𝗟𝗖𝗣) for a gas industry application in Iraq for a major French Oil and Gas operator. 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: - TCC (Main PLC Unit) and LCP designed for 𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗫 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝟭 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 - Built around 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝟱𝟴𝟬/𝗫𝟴𝟬 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗔𝗖 - Outdoor 𝗜𝗣𝟲𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, with enforced colling and air-conditioning to whiteness the harsh environmental conditions. - Redundant power supply architecture for increased system availability - Fiber optic communication infrastructure designed to support a 30 km link between panels. - Pertained Integrated HMI panel, industrial managed Ethernet switches, and remote I/Os. This project required careful engineering to ensure reliable operation in a demanding environment while maintaining seamless communication across a long-distance network.   A big thank you to everyone involved in the engineering, manufacturing, testing, and project execution phases.
