More than one million people have been forced from their homes. - Tommaso Della Longa A ceasefire brings some respite, but needs remain immense, from shelter, healthcare and clean water to longer-term support for livelihoods, education and recovery. The Lebanese communities must not be forgotten. Together with the Lebanese Red Cross, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies - IFRC is supporting people affected, but our Emergency Appeal is only 12.5% funded. More international solidarity is urgently needed.
