My grandmother had a way of ending conversations with one word. When she said it, everyone settled. She passed when I was five, and I spent twenty years carrying that memory without knowing what I had been watching. Then a palace courtyard in Ogbomoso gave it a name, "Àṣẹ". The Yoruba spoken decision that cannot be taken back. For years I sat in rooms that almost decided things and never quite did. Now I had a word for what they were all missing and a way to fix it. It is all in this week's newsletter. Link is below. https://lnkd.in/eGaZ6zEs Have you ever walked out of a meeting not sure what was decided?
