I am excited to share that I have obtained my first patent with IBM Quantum! We have developed a quantum algorithm that tackles the challenges associated with experimentally exploring and computationally simulating the intricate quantum principles underlying the dynamics of molecular quantum beats with an arbitrary number of hyperfine coupling constants. Our research demonstrates the practicality of near-term quantum computers in the field of chemistry and is expected to advance progress in quantum biology, materials science, and spin chemistry simulations.
