On IEEE WIE Day and Women in Engineering Day, we celebrate the impact of women engineers around the world, and the importance of ensuring that opportunity is accessible to all. The IEEE Women in Engineering Family Cares Grant Program (FCGP) helps IEEE members with caregiving responsibilities attend IEEE conferences by providing need-based grants of up to $1,000 to help offset dependent care costs. This support enables members to present their work, build networks, and engage more fully in the global engineering community. By reducing barriers to participation, this program helps ensure more voices are represented in shaping the future of technology.
