As technology continues to evolve, innovation remains essential. Supporting young professionals through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and global connection is more important than ever. Through the IEEE Entrepreneurship Ambassador Program, dedicated volunteers are doing just that — empowering the next generation of innovators. Launched with the help of a grant from the IEEE Foundation in 2018 in Region 8 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), the program now connects students and young professionals in Region 9 with industry leaders, resources, and opportunities to grow their ideas. From organizing networking events to hosting regional pitch competitions, ambassadors help participants build the technical, business, and interpersonal skills needed to bring their ideas to life.
