Over the past decade, IEEE MOVE GLOBAL has demonstrated how engineering expertise can make a life-saving difference in times of crisis. Celebrating 10 years of impact, they’ve delivered emergency response and disaster relief support to communities around the world, reaching over 1 million people affected by hurricanes, wildfires, and other natural disasters. From restoring communications to providing critical resources in the immediate aftermath of emergencies, MOVE teams bring technical skill and humanitarian commitment together when it is needed most. This milestone reflects the power of volunteerism, engineering, and global collaboration to serve communities in moments of greatest need.
