There’s big news at IE University! 🗽   Today, we are thrilled to share our institution has become the sole member of an independent College which will be renamed IE New York College (IENYC) upon accreditor approval. IENYC will be based in the vibrant SoHo neighborhood and will have a special focus on business and sustainability. IENYC will continue to offer graduate programs, including its M.S. in Business for Social Impact & Sustainability, which will launch a new cohort in January 2025. Availability of new cohorts in other programs will be announced soon. IE University and IENYC will remain independent institutions although there are plans for both institutions to collaborate, including through transfer agreements that will allow IE University students to have a new opportunity to study in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant cities. With over 23 million citizens and a GDP of over 1.4 trillion USD, the New York metropolitan area is an economic powerhouse. IE University has had a long history of engagement with the business world and is a firm believer in the power of business to change the world for the better. IE University’s support of #IENYC reinforces this commitment and will create new opportunities for engagement from both sides of the Atlantic.
