Since January 12, Yves Craen has taken the helm of Goumanisto as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Founded in 2005 by Dirk Maes, and strengthened in 2015 with the arrival of Nicolas de Pret and Yves de Changy as Managing Partners, Goumanisto is now entering a new chapter in its development. This appointment reflects our ambition to further strengthen the company’s operational leadership to support its growth and long-term aspirations. The historical shareholders remain fully committed alongside Yves Craen — in both governance and strategic direction — with the shared goal of positioning Goumanisto as a leading player in Europe, while staying true to its family values, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to innovation and quality.
