Last week, I met with two great founders (Roman Öfferlbauer and Lukas Poterpin) in Vienna. As a founder, I've discovered that one of the best things I can do when I’m stuck or need a fresh perspective is to talk with founders from different industries. When I talk to mentors or founders who already know our space, our traction, and our current challenges, they can sometimes be a bit biased toward the known frameworks and processes standard for our field. But when I talk to founders tackling their own challenges in completely different markets, it changes the conversation. They look at problems from totally different angles. They ask questions I never would have thought of, simply because I'm already biased by the last few steps we've taken in a specific direction. There is something pure about an outside perspective on a specific problem. It pulls you out of your tunnel vision and helps you think much more clearly about the best approach to hit your target. Thank you for the great intro Albert Vogl-Bader !!
