🆕Joan Montero takes over from Neus Agell as the head of the #IDIBAPS research group 'Cell biology, intracellular compartments and cancer' ✔️The IDIBAPS Steering Committee has approved the leadership transition of the group, formerly known as Signal Transduction, Intracellular Compartments and Cancer, with Joan Montero taking over from Neus Agell, who will remain in the team as an R3A researcher. ✔️With a strong trajectory in cell death and precision oncology, including international experience at Dana‑Farber/Harvard and over 40 scientific publications, Montero will guide the group’s continued research into the cellular mechanisms underlying cancer.
