As we reflect on this year’s Make It OK campaign, we’re reminded of the deep compassion our employees bring, not only to their work at IDEXX, but to one another. We had Make It OK representation from multiple locations around the world, with each site tailoring its activities to its local community. Events included information booths, group walks or hikes, scavenger hunts, seed planting, crocheting tutorials, care packages, rock painting, self-care items, and more. We also had our 4th Annual 5k race, both in person at the World Campus and virtually. We had over 400 participants, with representation from 43 IDEXX locations, 38 virtual employee locations, and 23 countries.
