Ο Γενικός Διευθυντής του ΙδΕΚ, Θεόδωρος Λουκαΐδης, συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής στο διεθνές συνέδριο “Disruptive Innovation: Exploring Models for a New Era of Deep Tech” στο Άμστερνταμ.   Στο πάνελ “When things do not go as planned”, μαζί με την Alizée Blanchin (Managing Partner - Hello Tomorrow), τον Yoshihiko Sunaga (Deputy Director – New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO)) και τον André Loesekrug-Pietri (Chairman – JEDI ⚡️ Joint European Disruptive Initiative), συζήτησαν εμπειρίες και καλές πρακτικές γύρω από νέους μηχανισμούς χρηματοδότησης της καινοτομίας, τον ρόλο οργανισμών τύπου DARPA και τις προϋποθέσεις για την ανάπτυξη ανατρεπτικών τεχνολογιών.   Η παρουσία του ΙδΕΚ σε τέτοιες διεθνείς πρωτοβουλίες ενισχύει τη φωνή της Κύπρου στον παγκόσμιο διάλογο για το μέλλον της έρευνας, της τεχνολογίας και της καινοτομίας, συμβάλλοντας στην ανταλλαγή βέλτιστων πρακτικών και στη διαμόρφωση πολιτικών που προάγουν την ανάπτυξη και την ανταγωνιστικότητα.     /////////////////////   RIF Director General, Theodoros Loukaidis, participated as a speaker at the international event “Disruptive Innovation: Exploring Models for a New Era of Deep Tech” in Amsterdam.   During the panel discussion “When things do not go as planned”, alongside Alizée Blanchin, Yoshihiko SUNAGA and André Loesekrug-Pietri⚡️, participants shared experiences and best practices on innovation funding models, DARPA-inspired agencies and the conditions needed to foster disruptive innovation.   RIF’s participation in international initiatives such as this strengthens Cyprus’ voice in the global dialogue on the future of research, technology and innovation, while fostering the exchange of best practices and contributing to the development of policies that support growth and competitiveness.   #RIF #InnovationCy #ResearchCy #TeamCuriosity
