Instead of just telling you a box is delayed, the software automatically models alternative routes and picks the best one before a human operator even notices. Data evolution is changing everything, but software is only as good as the local environment it maps. My question for the Ghanaian market 🌍 Digital logistics platforms are working hard to organize fragmented trucking networks across Africa. But are we trying to rush into advanced AI when basic mapping data is still a challenge? For logistics teams in Ghana, what is the biggest obstacle to adopting these digital tools?
