We are excited to announce that Cytek Aurora 5L Spectral Flow Cytometers are now live in our bioanalytical labs in the Netherlands and US. With the new addition we are offering: 1) Development/transfer, validation, and sample analysis of high-dimensional spectral flow assays (> 40 colours) 2) Increased resolution and superior sensitivity 3) Best-in-class instrument harmonisation, locally and globally 4) Expanded off-the-shelf assay portfolio Cytek Biosciences and the ICON Flow team placed instruments with the best harmonisation achieved to date. We are finalising the validation of Cytek’s 25-Color Immunoprofiling Assay, which will become available validated off-the-shelf globally. This panel provides comprehensive immunoprofiling of major human immune subpopulations for T, B, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and basophils, in whole blood or PBMC. In parallel, more extensive panel options will also become available, i.e. for further in-depth T- and B-cell phenotyping. ICON Laboratories specialise in high-quality flow cytometry analysis within early through late phase clinical trials, providing exploratory, secondary and primary endpoint analysis.
