𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲, 𝗜 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 imageMed 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Red Bull 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹. 🎤 🇩🇪  Last week wasn't about optimization; it was about execution. A 48-hour pressure test in context-switching that forced me to project the same six months of building in two completely different settings.  • Thursday in Heilbronn: Pitching at the Red Bull Basement national final.  • Friday in Ulm: Defending my Master’s thesis. Same core system. Same six months of building. But the audience quietly reshapes what comes through. In Ulm, the framing naturally pulls into depth: model architecture, design decisions, explainability, and regulatory constraints by design.  𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. In Heilbronn, that same system had to be compressed into 120 seconds. The technical layers became an "𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿" focused on a single outcome: freeing clinicians from the heavy "𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘅" they pay every day. The realization was simple: the work itself doesn’t change, but the way it has to be expressed does. As a founder, the challenge is not only building something that works, but making sure it still holds its meaning when it gets compressed for different audiences. I didn't view the Red Bull final as a distraction from my defense; I saw it as a parallel stress test. I wanted to see if the DeepTech architecture I’d built could survive the transition from a technical deep-dive to a high-speed pitch without losing its integrity. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: imageMed placed 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟯,𝟬𝟬𝟬+ 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 🥈. A huge congrats to the Please Touch This Art team for a strong final. It was a close call, but their project has an emotional hook that’s impossible to ignore. The national final is over, and the Master’s is done.
