Google just published research that confirms what we've been building toward at b.well for a decade. The more complete a patient's health record, the smarter the AI. Not marginally smarter, significantly smarter. Independent clinicians preferred AI-generated diagnoses more than twice as often when the AI had access to a complete personal health record. 15% more patients felt better prepared for their doctor's visit. 13% felt more confident they'd make the most of their appointment. These are the kinds of outcomes that happen when data infrastructure is treated as the product. We've spent years building what we call a 13-step data refinery because we understood early on that incomplete or incorrect health data isn't just unhelpful. It can cause harm. The US has nearly a thousand EHRs, all built differently, coded differently, and mapped to FHIR differently. Cleaning, normalizing, and verifying that data isn't a technical nicety. It's the prerequisite for trustworthy AI in healthcare. Google's research makes the case more clearly than ever that verified data is the foundation. Without it, even the most powerful AI is reasoning over noise. Read the full research: https://lnkd.in/gCAvfbKX
