🤝 Project Kick-off at GEA Westfalia Separator Group (Oelde) This week Jan-Angelus Meyer (PhD researcher) and Leon Huß (Master’s student) from the Institute of Biochemical Engineering (ibvt) are visiting GEA Group in Oelde for the kick-off of a joint project. The collaboration focuses on the characterization of pharma disc stack separators in both single-use and conventional stainless-steel configurations. During the visit, they are getting to know GEA’s latest single-use separator technology and receiving an introduction that will support the project work over the coming months. The project will be carried out at the PVZ (Center of Pharmaceutical Engineering) Technische Universität Braunschweig, within Leon’s Master’s thesis.
