[Finding Needles in Molecular Haystacks: Engineering Antibody Discovery] At iBET - Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnológica, we leverage #AntibodyPhageDisplay technologies to discover and optimize new antibody candidates. Besides standard surface strategies, we also apply whole-cell panning strategies, allowing to screen phage libraries in more physiologically relevant contexts and capture targets in their native conformation.
