can we stop making people feel bad for job hunting? yeah, i am calling out this gross behaviour. linkedin is fundamentally a place to find work; sounds obvious. however i see, - people being ridiculed for using the 'open' banner - folks gatekeeping jobs by hiding those pesky salaries - when people ask for advice from industry leaders, those leaders charging for it if you take offence with folks trying to better their livelihoods, you are a shit person. spoiler alert: keep that banner on; it really works. earlier in the year, we were rushed to crew up for a project and almost exclusively used the banner to hire. #hiring #animation #illustration
