🥸 Uncomfortable truth: If your AI pilots are failing and you can’t explain why, then *you* may be the problem. From the conversations I have had with industry folks, most teams have an execution problem, rather than a technology problem. Here's why: ➡️ No shared use cases ➡️ No stakeholders mapped ➡️ No defined scope ➡️ No way to measure success So experimentation feels like progress...but isn’t. It’s pilot purgatory. And it will kill your momentum faster than your internet going down. Getting out of this mode isn’t only about moving faster; it’s about getting intentional. Most teams jump straight to tools. Better teams scope the system first, then build.  1️⃣ Start with a single, high-leverage use case. Not “let’s try AI for content.” Instead: “Reduce time to publish GEO pages by 60% without sacrificing quality.” 2️⃣ Define the workflow before the tool. Where does AI sit? What decisions does it own? What still requires human input? How can we automate and integrate AI or Agents across multiple teams and workflows? If you can’t map this ⬆️, you’re not ready to pilot. 3️⃣ Remove subjectivity from performance. This is where most teams quietly fail. “Feels better” is not a metric. “Sounds stronger” is not a metric. We recently tested four GEO writing agents: X2 build-it-ourselves options X2 buy options Every output was scored against the same weighted, seven-part criteria. No exceptions. No bias. The result? 🫅 2 clear winners. 🤡 2 that didn’t make the cut. No debates. No subjective opinions. That’s how you move from experimenting to actually rebuilding your workflows. If you’re serious about AI, stop running pilots. Start designing systems. I’m sharing the exact performance criteria we used. Like and comment to get access. 🔥 The result? We are ramping our GEO content output to more than 12X, at 0.01% of the cost. HUGE PROPS TO THE DREAM TEAM: Vaishali Gopi, Gokhan N. Gul, Jaya Bordoloi, Jonathan Ori, Nicolas Algoedt, Merve Nazlioglu P.S. - Sounds like a team you might want to join? We are hiring in Content and Product Marketing. DM me for more info.
