Our partnership with the City of Kraków continues to grow! Recently, at the invitation of the Kraków University of Economics (Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie), we delivered a lecture on Big Data in a corporate environment.   Rosário Rodrigues (Head of Operations Control Tower) led an engaging session, combining theory with real-life use cases from IAG GBS. The discussion covered Big Data, AI integration, and the Skills of the Future, highlighting that AI enhances—not replaces—human capabilities. Alongside technical expertise, critical thinking, storytelling, and communication remain essential to translate data into business value.   The session also addressed common myths, career paths, and market expectations in data-driven environments. The strong engagement and positive feedback reinforce our commitment to supporting student education and strengthening collaboration between academia and business in Kraków.
