Inspiring the next generation of talent!   Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming another group of local students to IAG GBS, as part of our ongoing cooperation with the City of Kraków (Urząd Miasta Krakowa).   Thanks to the involvement of colleagues from across different teams, students gained a real insight into what working in the GBS sector looks like — hearing authentic career stories and exploring how diverse paths, skills and experiences can lead to meaningful careers.   Our goal is not only to show what we do, but also to demonstrate that there is no single “right” career path — and to help young people make informed and confident decisions about their future.   A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this visit a success. We look forward to welcoming more students soon!
