On the day we celebrated our 10th anniversary, we brought together institutional representatives, scientists and politicians to reflect on the contribution of science to society and on Portugal’s position within the European and international landscape of health research and innovation. The session featured speeches by i3S Director Claudio Sunkel, University of Porto's Rector António de Sousa Pereira, Porto City Council Councillor Gabriela Queiroz, and the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Fernando Alexandre.
