HYSEA Leadership Development Program - Week 4 (Conclusion) The 46th edition of the women-exclusive HYSEA Leadership Development Program concluded on a powerful and inspiring note - bringing together a month of learning, reflection, and transformation into one impactful finale. The final week was a masterclass in leadership, bringing real, lived experiences to the forefront: 🔹 Dr. Kiranmai Pendyala delivered a compelling session on “Art of Personal Branding,” challenging participants to move beyond visibility to intentional positioning - owning their narrative, building credibility, and leading with authenticity. 🔹 The panel featuring Manisha Saboo (Infosys Foundation) and Anuradha A (IBM) sparked an engaging and honest dialogue on leadership journeys -sharing nuanced perspectives on building influence, navigating career inflection points, and staying grounded while scaling impact. 🔹 Swaroopa Rani brought sharp, practical insights into “Continuous Performance & Skills Growth in Tech Teams,” emphasizing the urgency of reskilling, fostering agile mindsets, and creating cultures where learning is continuous and measurable. 🔹 Rajya Lakshmi Achanta closed with a deeply insightful session on “Customer Centricity,” reinforcing that true leadership today lies in empathy-led decision making, understanding customer journeys, and embedding experience thinking into organizational DNA.
