After months of online learning, our part-time Master’s students came together on campus in Stockholm for a week of reflection, connection, and celebration. It marked the wrap-up of the taught part of the programme, but also the start of something new: the Industry Research Project. Over the next 25 weeks, students will apply everything they’ve learned in a self-directed project with an organisation of their choice. A chance to lead research-based work that creates real value, both for their portfolio and for the industry. Huge thanks to Rebecca Taylor PhD and Christopher-Robin Eklund for facilitating the week, and to our students for bringing curiosity, openness, and self-leadership into every moment. Once again, the week brought everything back to the people, reminding us that flexible online learning still has true connection at its core.
