We’re proud to share that Kathryn Fleming is a finalist for the Community Ally Award at the Proud Scotland Awards. Kathryn has been recognised for her sustained and visible allyship for our LGBTQI+ colleagues. As lead partner in our DC business unit and partner champion for our LGBTQI+ community group, she uses her voice, influence and actions to drive meaningful inclusion. From listening to lived experiences and amplifying LGBTQI+ voices, to supporting colleagues through moments that matter, Kathryn’s empathy‑led approach has made a tangible impact across our firm. As Kathryn says: “For me, being an ally is about listening, learning, and treating people as equals — and creating an environment where everyone feels respected, heard and able to thrive.” We can't wait to see the results on 30 May, best of luck to all the other finalists!
