💡 Hydrogen is no longer just a decarbonization story, it has become a question of energy security, resilience and industrial competitiveness. 👉 This was the message that came through clearly from the very first keynotes at the #H2ASymposium at BIMHUIS, Amsterdam and it set the tone for the entire day. Our VP Business Development & Sales Dr Stefan Stollenwerk and Senior Business Developer Maria Rottner spent their time not just attending sessions but being part of that conversation - moving between keynotes, panel discussions, breakout sessions and a lot of exchanges in between. The kind of setting where ideas don’t just get presented but openly discussed and challenged. ⭐ One highlight was Stefan Stollenwerk’s breakout session on “LOHC Bridge - a blueprint for resilient green hydrogen import corridors from North Africa to Europe.” The room filled up quickly, but what mattered more was what happened after. It didn’t stay a presentation for long, as the discussion moved straight into the details. We challenged routes, discussed alternatives and compared transport options. The audience really wanted to understand what works in practice, where the limits are, and also what new opportunities might emerge. 🗨️ Along the same lines, many conversations throughout the day circled back to a similar question: if the technology is there and infrastructure is starting to take shape, what might be holding projects back? We discussed regulation, investment certainty, demand - and the risk first-movers must be prepared to take. And then there were the moments outside the formal agenda with short catch-ups, conversations over coffee, reconnecting with partners and getting deeper insights during the Energy Port Cruise. It all made perspectives clearer and ideas more tangible. 🤝 Many thanks to H2A Association, the Port of Amsterdam and ECOLOG with the whole team - Gert-Jan Nieuwenhuizen, Elissa Simpson, Ellen Ruhotas, Mark Hoolwerf, Claudia de Jonge - and many more - for creating such a focused and open environment. This will make progress happen: exchange, alignment and a shared willingness to move from concept to implementation. Step by step, towards a decarbonized future powered by green hydrogen. 💚 #energytransition #LOHC #Cleantech #H2A #HydrogeniousLOHC   📸 Foto credits: Images 1-5: Ewald Geerdink - The Arrows for H2A Association Images 6-7: Hydrogenious LOHC
