π What makes a hydrogen event truly valuable? A well-considered format, the right people, and conversations that matter. π At the Aachen Hydrogen Colloquium 2026, our CTO Dr Caspar Paetz joined as a session host, contributing to a highly engaging exchange across industry, partners, and academia. The event stood out not only for its excellent organization and welcoming atmosphere, but also for a well-balanced session structure, combining large-scale industry perspectives, focused partner insights, and scientific contributions. While the agenda strongly reflected Aachenβs electrochemistry heritage, with a clear focus on electrolysis and fuel cells, additional perspectives, such as hydrogen combustion engines and methods for site selection, enriched the discussion. π‘ At the same time, one key lesson remains: as the hydrogen market matures, logistics and infrastructure must move even further into focus. π Casparβs take: βThis event seriously delivered: deep dives into scientific topics, strong networking vibes, and running the session was genuinely fun.β πΒ A big thank you to Stefan Sterlepper, Prof Anna Mechler and Prof. Stefan Pischinger, as well as the whole team from RWTH Aachen University and SupplHyInno Rhineland - the Hydrogen Clusters4Future, for inviting us. We greatly enjoyed the fruitful exchange with all speakers and contributors! Together, we continue working towards a decarbonized future, enabling hydrogen to be transported and used at scale. π§ #energytransition #LOHC #Cleantech
