Every journey into a new role looks different. We're sharing some of ours. Steph Ferdinand joined Hydrogen Group six months ago as Global Head of Marketing. In this video, she talks about what drew her here and what she found when she arrived: a business already thinking two, three, five years ahead, with the global reach to deliver at scale but agile enough to partner with clients and candidates in a genuinely bespoke way. "The changing world may be evolving faster than we've ever seen it before, but the work that we're doing at Hydrogen and Argyll Scott means that our clients and candidates don't just keep up, they can really thrive in it."
