Today we recognise International Women in Engineering Day and the role women continue to play in shaping the future of onshore and offshore energy. At Hydro Energy Group, we believe progress comes from visibility, access and community. That is why our Director of Renewables, Cosima Tibbles, is helping build a women’s community in the Middle east to encourage more women to explore careers in the sector. This day is a reminder that creating space for more women helps build a stronger future for the industry.
