HCE team recently participated in a field visit for the finalization of the new intake under the Second Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Improvement Project (Melamchi). The visit was attended by representatives from the International Consultants, National JV and Associate Consultants, ADB, and the client, the Melamchi Water Supply Development Board. The field assessment provided an important opportunity for all stakeholders to review site conditions, discuss technical aspects of the proposed intake, and coordinate the way forward for the successful implementation of the project.
