We have successfully acted as the Vietnamese counsel for, and advised on, the proposed acquisition of Far East Medical Vietnam Limited by Thomson Medical Group, Singapore. The deal was signed on this morning of 12 July 2023 in Singapore. Big thanks to all the deal team members and those who have advised/assisted but are not part of the deal team.
