𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. In aerospace, performance is measured over time through repeatability, robustness, and the ability to deliver under constraint. Supplier expectations continue to rise: stability of processes, on-time delivery, de-risking plans, and tangible progress on sustainability and automation. This year, our long-standing partner, Airbus, recognized several Hutchinson sites for their performance highlighting the consistency, rigor, and collective engagement of our teams across programs and geographies: • Fluid Transfer Systems (Fleury-les-Aubrais & Sousse) received a Special Award in their first year of participation. • Insulation Materials Systems (Chemillé & Sousse) achieved the Best Improver distinction, confirming a strong trajectory in just three years. • Fabricated Sealing Systems (Amiens & Lodz) confirmed Accredited status -the SQIP’s highest level - recognizing mature industrial performance and sustained excellence.   Across sites and programs, this recognition reflects a shared way of working: controlling variability, strengthening processes, and continuously raising the bar on quality and delivery.
