Posting on LinkedIn can feel like shouting into the void. Alan Cruz, Head of Marketing at Decile Group, has helped posts hit 20,000–50,000+ impressions. His advice is stop overthinking. Start extracting. 1. Mine your meetings Customer calls, investor chats, team convos, and even messy lessons can all become content. You’re probably already sitting on great ideas. 2. Walk and brain dump Go for a 15–20-minute walk. Record yourself answering a few simple questions like: - Why are you building this? - What are customers really learning? - What problem did you solve this week? Then turn that voice memo into posts. 3. Pick 3 topics and show up Post consistently. Stick to a few core themes. Don’t chase every trend. And don’t sleep on comments. A thoughtful comment on a bigger creator’s post can drive serious profile views. The biggest blocker isn’t usually the algorithm. It’s the fear of hitting publish.
