Recognizing impactful work on the ground, our India team was honored in May with the CSR Excellence Award 2026 from Rotary District Pune for our flagship initiative, Integrated Rural Development Project – BADLAV. Receiving the Award on stage was Mithilesh Tiwari, Ashish Badhe, and Rajkumar Dalvi. Selected through a rigorous evaluation by an independent jury, this recognition highlights the meaningful progress BADLAV has driven since 2019. From advancing organic farming and livelihood opportunities to empowering women, strengthening community institutions, and promoting renewable energy, the project has positively impacted around 10 villages in the Pune district and is now expanding to five more. By combining climate-resilient agriculture, capacity-building, and a community-led approach, BADLAV continues to drive long-term change where it matters most. “This achievement reflects the passion, dedication, and collaborative spirit of our CSR team.
