We’re delighted to welcome Allison Batten GAICD to the Hume Bank Board today, adding a wealth of experience in governance and leadership.   Allison was appointed to the Hume Bank Board in 2026 having held the role of Chair of Geelong Bank where she led the bank through the successful merger with Hume Bank. She is an experienced director with a distinguished 30-year career spanning retail operations and strategic consulting. Her background includes senior executive roles at Target Australia Pty Ltd and The Reject Shop Ltd, as well as providing high-level advisory services to major retailers on strategic transformation and growth initiatives. Allison is also a Non-Executive Director of Dusk Group (ASX:DSK) and is Chair of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Regional Advisory Group for Barwon South West. Allison is a proud lifelong resident of Geelong.
